The staff was excellent in their help to get my boyfriend, dog, and I safely and quickly checked in before the hurricane Idalia. We evacuated out of Live Oak and booked this room last minute after confirming it was safe to leave and to protect ourselves. Even with this worry on our shoulders, the staff helped us to their best abilities.

Everyone’s customer service was BEYOND exceptional!!! We were greeted when we first got there by Sean and then Deb and Ulicia the next day and they were all VERY friendly and welcoming!!! I have NEVER encountered ANYONE at ANY hotel that I have EVER stayed at that was this awesome!

Rooms were spacious and clean, so where that bathrooms. Bathroom cleanliness is very important to me. The furnishings were fresh and modern, I liked that. Also easy access to the highway.

I loved the wide and tall open out bathroom door( my husband is height blessed being wide was just an plus) Also loved that the room itself has a door if needed. The set up was like an one bedroom apartment and executed well.
